Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use VayPvP, Minecraft PvP macro software sold as Weekly, Monthly and Lifetime license keys by a small seller based in Norway. By buying or using a key, you agree to them.

Your license

• A key is a personal license for you only.
• A key works on one PC. It is locked to that PC's hardware ID (HWID) the first time you use it.
• If you change PC, you can ask for an HWID reset by opening a ticket in our Discord. You can get one reset every 7 days.
• You may not share, sell, resell or give away your key.
• Your time starts when you redeem the key, not when you buy it.

Refunds

VayPvP is a digital product. Once a key has been redeemed, it can't be refunded. This doesn't limit any statutory consumer rights you have where they apply.

Use at your own risk

You use VayPvP at your own risk. Some servers don't allow macros and may ban you for using them. It's up to you to follow the rules of the servers you play on. We aren't responsible for bans or other actions a server takes.

Revoking keys

We can revoke a key without a refund if it is shared, resold or otherwise abused, or if the payment is charged back.

No warranty

VayPvP is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always work, be error-free, or work on every server or Minecraft version. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using VayPvP after a change, the new terms apply.
